Upcoming Box Hill Town Centre

Box Hill Town Centre offers more than just a shopping destination. It will be a hub for people, transport, lifestyle and living. It will be a mixed-use precinct that will be home to over 4,000 families and over 30,000 people.

The masterplan will feature 40ha of open space and a 4ha artificial lake that will be central to the town centre. It will be developed on Mason Road and Terry Road with a main street fronting Mason Road enjoying street activation.

Brand New $700m Hospital — Coming to Rouse Hill

The NSW Government has committed $700m to the new Rouse Hill Hospital, due for completion end of 2027. The site is close to the Rouse Hill Town Centre and the new Rouse Hill Metro Station, ensuring easy access for both staff and the community.

The new Rouse Hill Hospital will complement Blacktown, Mt Druitt and Westmead Hospitals to ensure comprehensive healthcare throughout the north west.

The hospital is a welcome addition to the area as the population of Rouse Hill and surrounding suburbs is predicted to soar by more than 53% over the next decade.

Sydney Metro Northwest

Sydney Metro Northwest is delivering 8 new railway stations and 4,000 commuter car parking spaces to Sydney’s growing North West region.

Trains will run every 4 minutes in peak periods – that’s 15 trains an hour. Customers won’t need a timetable – they will just turn up and go.
